Who is eligible to apply?
Recruitment is open to all Tufts undergraduate students, regardless of major or class year. Diversity of thought is a core value, and we encourage students from all academic backgrounds to apply.
Do I need prior finance experience?
No. We do not require prior experience. We look for students with a genuine interest in markets and learning. Our program is built on a comprehensive training curriculum designed to teach you the fundamentals.
What can I expect from the interview?
Interviews consist of a mix of behavioral and technical questions. We focus on your problem-solving logic, curiosity about global markets, and alignment with TCRG's collaborative culture.

What is the expected time commitment?
Analysts typically commit 5-10 hours per week. This includes our weekly general meetings, sector-specific research sessions, educational workshops, and independent project work.
What are the application components?

What happened to the TIC PE/VC Research Group?
The Tufts Investment Club Private Equity/Venture Capital Research Group (TIC PE/VC RG) rebranded as the Tufts Capital Research Group (TCRG) in the Spring semester of 2026, becoming an independently run branch with more autonomy and focus.
