Discover Our Work
Past Projects and Sample Decks
Our projects cover a range of industries and conducted for a wide variety of institutional client types. Read below to get a high-level overview of some of our past engagements.
Space Technology
On behalf of a university endowment, the TCRG team analyzed the regulatory landscape and key players across satellite communications, commercial space launch, and space tourism within the industry. We delivered a comprehensive technology overview to assess investment risks and opportunities associated with rapid innovation in the sector.
Data Centers
Prepared for an industrials-focused private equity client, this project examined the data center value chain and the “picks and shovels” businesses supporting the industry. To ground the client in this complex space, we provided deep analysis of core technologies, investment trends, case studies, and forward-looking opportunities.
Sample Research Deck
Team Structure
Teams consist of 6–8 Analysts, 2–3 Research Leads (RLs), and 1–2 Project Leads (PLs). Analysts work closely with RLs on weekly research questions and slide development, while PLs guide overall direction and ensure alignment with client needs. Each semester-long project culminates in a final presentation delivered directly to the client.
